A magic link is a secure, one-time login link sent directly to your email — no password required. When you request access to the Contributor Portal, News Revenue Engine sends a link to the email on file. Click it to go straight to your account. The link expires after a short time for your security.
Check your spam or junk folder first — the email comes from News Revenue Engine with the subject line "Manage your contributions." Make sure you're using the same email address where you receive your ICT donation receipts. Still having trouble? Contact us at development@ictnews.org and the team will help.
The Contributor Portal is designed for managing existing contributions. To make a new one-time or recurring gift, visit the ICT donation page.
Yes. Your payment information is processed through a secure, encrypted connection and is never stored on ICT or IndiJ servers. Only you can access your account, and login requires a one-time magic link sent to your email.
Yes. Google Pay is currently available when making a contribution on a supported device. Additional payment options are being added — check back for updates.
This usually happens when a card has expired or the card details on file are out of date. Log in to the Contributor Portal to update your payment method, or contact us at development@ictnews.org and the team will get it sorted out.
